Hello!!
I was asked by Josh Rubin (Graham's son) to take part in a charity bike ride in memory of his dad. 'Of course' I said. 'Why not!' After all, I do go spinning on a regular basis so i'm pretty sure I can do this.
After not really thinking about it, I signed up and then it dawned on me that I was actually going to be cycling approx 40 miles on the road, outside!!!!! Here came 4 issues.
1. I do not own a bike
2. I do not own a helmet
3. My knees click every now and again
4. I don't know how to ride on the road (how do I practice?!??!)
After asking around if anyone had a bike and a helmet, I finally got to borrow one so now it's just a case of getting out on the road and practicing.

I can't promise I will be fast but I assure you I will cross the finish line (at some point on the same day!)
