Hello, and thanks for visiting this page. My name is Iain, I'm 27 years old from Inverness in the Scottish Highlands, and I recently moved my life south to the largest Channel Isle - Jersey. I'll keep this short and sweet!
Since arriving here I have heard endless praise for Healing Waves - a fantastic local charity providing watersports opportunities for individuals with physical, neurological & mental health challenges, having a tremendous impact on their lives and the wider community.
As a physiotherapist myself, I fully advocate this initiative and will be joining the lineup at the Jersey White Collar Surfing Competition 2023 in a mammoth fundraising effort for Healing Waves. Alongside up to 32 other surfing newbies, we will be training hard over the next 12 weeks (suffering countless wipeouts) ahead of showtime on the 12th August at the Watersplash!
