CCP (Caring for Communities & People) exists to tackle the causes and effects of homelessness, family breakdown and exclusion. With our head office in Cheltenham, we have projects across Gloucestershire as well as parts of Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Wiltshire and Dorset. We believe that everybody has the power to change their lives for the better, but some need a little help along the way!
