The Headway Running For Frubbs 10 mile Race is a memorial run, organised by Headway Ambassador Harry McAlinden in memory of his good friend and Headway member, Frank McFarlane. This is the 5th running of the race following the previous year's successes and continues to provide a popular scenic course and is suitable for those stepping up to the distance and both experienced runners looking for a fast time.
