Inspirational fundraiser heads to Jersey and invites Islanders to join charity fun-run
Rugby star Kevin Sinfield, who has led a fundraising drive for Motor Neurone Disease charities collecting more than £10 million over the past five years, is heading to Jersey and has invited Islanders to lace up their running shoes and join him.
The former rugby league international, who has become a leading coach in rugby union since ending his playing career, will be visiting Jersey on Wednesday October 15th, when a fundraising dinner at Jersey Rugby Club will be preceded by a fun run open to all.
Sinfield and his team are preparing for their 2025 challenge, which this year will include visits to Ipswich, Cork, Swansea, Sheffield, Workington, Whitehaven, Dundee and North Yorkshire before arriving in Leeds on 7 December. As in previous years, the aim is to raise £777,777.
✅ All proceeds will go to MND.
