The One by the Canal is an intricate trail run starting in Cowley and following the Grand Union Canal with its beautiful nature and finishing in Watford. Go for this scenic Half Marathon and enjoy the run!

Featuring breathtaking views and numerous vantage points, this event caters to both novices and seasoned runners.

For added convenience, a pre-race coach transfer service is offered from the finish line at Cassiobury Park, Gade Ave, Watford WD18 7LG to the starting point at Cowley Rec, High Street, Cowley, UB8 2DZ. Park your vehicle at the finish before the event, hop on our coach to the start, and find your car waiting for you at the finish line.
