We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
The November Challenge is back for 2020! Make an impact and raise money for our selected charities 'Mind' & 'Make-a-wish foundation' by completing 1 mile a day for 30 days or take on 'The Beast' by running 1 additional mile per day. = 465 Miles in 30 days!
