Everyone with a mental health condition has their own experiences and needs, not one approach fits all. By encouraging a better understanding of mental health issues within our community we make it easier for people to get the right help, as early as possible. We believe in an individual's resilience and ability to recover if given access to the right support options, these include self-help, talking therapies, medication and a supportive work and family environment.

We do not ‘Means Test’ which enables us to react very quickly to requests and it allows us to reach more people who are genuinely in need of our help.

The Priaulx Premature Baby Foundation was set up by three times World Touring Car Champion Andy Priaulx MBE and his wife Jo in 2003 following the premature births of both their children. Andy and Jo felt the support they received during and after each birth was amazing and this inspired the PPBF. The Foundation comprises four Trustees Andy and Jo Priaulx, Richard Le Tocq, Guy Hardill, our Secretary Ali Lihou, who helps Jo with the day-to-day running of the charity, and a wonderful team of volunteers who offer their time and skills to help us with various events and activities.
