If you are joining the official Dementia Jersey Memory Walk - please arrive at La Fregate no later than 10am to be signed in, ready to begin the walk at 10.30am. We'll have our purple gazebo up so you won't be able to miss us!
The walk finishes at St Brelade's Parish Hall, where you will be greeted and receive your certificate and chocolate treat!

If you have chosen to do your own route, we will be in touch regarding your certificate. Please do share some photos with us from your walk, we'd love to see them!

There is no fundraising target for this event, however, we are very grateful for funds raised as part of this walk and encourage people to make donations through the Race Nation platform where people register. We are also happy to take cash donations, cheque or receive funds by BACs transfer. Please reference 'Memory Walk' when making your donation. Find out more about how to donate here
