Run the Bideford 10k and support Children’s Hospice South West! Runners of all abilities are welcome and will receive a 2025 medal bespoke to each of our races as well as a t-shirt. The course starts and finishes close to the Bideford Amateur Athletic Club clubhouse taking in the views of the Taw and Torridge estuary between Bideford and Instow. The course heads out on the road on Instow and returns on the Tarka Trail. It is moderately flat with only two small inclines.
We are proud that this year's race is part of the England Age Group Masters Programme as a 10k Qualifier. To compete to qualify for England Masters you must sign-up to the Bideford 10k as normal AND register via England Athletics.

£50 cash bonus if the 1st man or woman sets a new course record male 30:25 (2021), female 35:33 (2002)

All cash prizes, bottles of fizz and trophies are available at the prize presentation on the day of the race only. Club team prizes exclude virtual clubs.

No walkers. This is for the safety and wellbeing of participants and marshals as sections of the race are on open roads. Participants need to be able to complete the race in an average of 15 minutes per mile, or faster, and within the 1 hour 34 minutes cut-off time.
