Suggested route
From the Freedom tree, head down the pier and back and then along the front to St Aubin ( change here if doing as 4 person relay)
Then from St Aubin head to Corbiere along the Corbiere walk (change here if doing 2 person and 4 person relay)
Then turn around and do the route in return again changing at St Aubin if doing the 4 person relay.

The Jersey Heart Support Group (JHSG) was formed in 2011 by people living with heart conditions. We are registered with the Jersey Financial Services Commission as a (Non-Profit Organisation) and belong to the Association of Jersey Charities.
The group has a common aim to carry on where hospital rehabilitation leaves off and continue to battle against cardiac conditions. Many people participating in rehabilitation experience the benefits of being involved in a group and it is this element the JHSG wishes to extend and develop.
The committee members currently meet once a month and new members and ideas are always welcome.
