About KPMG

There comes a time in your life where a challenge gauntlet is thrown down and you can choose to either accept it and rise to your full potential or let opportunity pass you by.

Adrian Sarchet (the Sea Donkey) is an individual who has taken on the challenge to swim non-stop at the bathing pools for 24 hours with the target to cover 41 miles (equivalent of swimming from England to France… then back again). He is doing this to raise funds for new wheelchair and reduced mobility access into the Ladies pool and other bathing pool facilities.

As frequent users of the bathing pools, I think we can all acknowledge how enjoyable it is using these facilities and how regardless of disability everyone should be able to enjoy these facilities equally.

We have the opportunity to gain corporate sponsorship and enter a team of 6 to join for a 1-hour relay stint of Adrian’s 24 hour swim on Sunday/Monday 21/22 August.

Please can you let me know your interest and if you would like to take part. Lets get our budgies on and show our support for both Adrian and this great cause!

About The Sea Donkey 24 Hour Swim Challenge

Swim, fundraise and change lives
The Challenge is a sponsored swim with a difference, organised by Vive La Vallette LBG. With your help, we are seeking to raise £150,000 to cover the assisted access facilities at the Bathing Pools which whilst now completed have not yet been fully paid for.
Adrian Sarchet (a.k.a the Sea Donkey) will be swimming laps of the Pool continuously for 24 hours with a target distance of 41 miles - the equivalent of swimming from England to France and back! We are offering the opportunity for corporate and social teams/individuals to swim alongside the Sea Donkey, for sections of his challenge. Thank you in advance for your support.
