Victoria College has chosen to raise funds for The Grace Crocker Family Support Foundation and is taking part in Jersey to Southampton Hospital Challenge 2023
The Grace Crocker Family Support Foundation was set up in January 2011, in memory of Grace Crocker, who grew her angel wings aged 11 weeks. Grace was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (A congenital heart disorder in which the left side of the heart, particularly the left ventricle, is underdeveloped.
