Around fifteen years ago we started raising money for three children's charities - ChildLine, Nordoff Robbins and Teenage Cancer Trust. This will be my sixth ride for these wonderful causes, and it will be very exciting to ride over 100 miles through four African countries: Zambia, Botswana, Namibia and Zimbabwe!
